  2. Return Shipping: If the return is due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  3. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

  4. Send the Return: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing Refunds

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.

  2. Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
